Additionally featured in this latest image release appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a legend labelling different sections of the estate.
Alongside this are what look to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as plans for boat shelters.
